MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION For Tee Masters Application for membership, please click on the appropriate link below: Annual Renewal Application New Membership Application Tee Masters golf membership is for the calendar year, January through December. If membership is paid after June 30, the membership fee is $75.00. In order to maintain your handicap with GHIN, your annual membership must be paid no later than December 31. Bring the membership application and a check to the Monthly Club meetings held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, or mail to: Tee Masters Golf Club P.O.
